- Breast Augmentation
Not all breast augmentations are the same! I use a tissue analysis system based on a patient’s detailed measurements to find an implant that elegantly fills out their breast footprint! This gives a very natural, but full result. This approach also helps to maximize symmetry and make sure the implant is well centered directly under the nipple!
This lovely patient is 4.5 months out from her breast augmentation. I placed Sientra HSC 350 cc smooth, round, moderate projection silicone gel implants under the muscle in the dual plane 1 position. In the lateral before view, her nipple to fold distance was a little short. I therefore had to slightly lower the folds of her breasts to allow the nipples to be centered on the maximally projecting part of her implant. The fold is then re-secured to the chest wall to prevent the implant from dropping too low! She loves her results and looks amazing!!!
