- Breast Augmentation
Not all breast augmentations have to be big! This lovely mama wanted some volume back after breastfeeding her babies. She wanted a cute, perky appearing breast without looking obviously augmented. I placed Sientra HSC+ 250 cc low plus profile implants under the pectoral muscles via the folds of her breasts. The implants were supported with a Galaflex internal bra since I had to slightly lower the folds of the breasts. Lowering the folds allowed the implants to sit perfectly underneath the nipples! She is 8 months out and loves her very natural result!!!
