This young woman desired an increase in size from a very small A cup to a full C cup, but wanted to maintain a look that suited her body and still looked natural. Also, she is young and has not had children yet, so an inframammary incision was chosen to avoid the breast tissue and preserve nipple sensation and her ability to breastfeed
Implant details : 445 cc responsive silicone implant, dual plane 0.5 pocket, inframammary incision
Result : These pictures at 6 months show perfect implant position and the ultimate transformation from minimal breast tissue to a perfect figure. The implants also fit her petite frame because their projection is extra full which minimizes any widening of the chest. If anything, her results will mature and look more natural over time.
