- Eyelid Lift
This patient had very loose lids that were pulling away from his eyes and also something call festoons. Festoons are chronic areas of swelling below the eyelids. I lifted the lower eyelids, removed the fat, removed a small amount of skin from the eyelids and directly excised the festoons.
