Procedure: This is a patient who lost a significant amount of weight resulting in facial volume loss and excess skin. She wanted to address the sagging skin on her face and neck and restore a youthful, natural appearance. A deep plane facelift and necklift as well as facial fat grafting were performed. She is shown here only 1 month after surgery. Swelling will continue to go down and scars will continue to fade.
