She underwent open rhinoplasty including dorsal cartilaginous hump removal, medial and lateral osteotomies, placement of right spreader graft, a left auto-spreader graft, caudal septal shave at the posterior septal angle, a taco graft, a cap graft, Gruber sutures, tip-defining sutures, tip-narrowing sutures, and a columellar plump graft.
