How does AVIVA FemTite work?

AVIVA FemTite uses the same radiofrequency technology as FaceTite and BodyTite: radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RFAL). The procedure removes the unwanted tissue through small incisions, then tightens and shrinks the tissue using radiofrequency energy. The RFAL technology is applied both internally and to the skin’s surface to tighten tissues and skin.

What happens during the AVIVA non-surgical labiaplasty procedure?

AVIVA FemTite treatments are done in our office under local anesthesia and take less than 20 minutes. After you have been given the local anesthetic, the doctor will make very small incisions in specific areas of the vagina. Then, very gently and carefully, the device's small probe is inserted into the incisions that were made, where it emits radiofrequency heat energy to both the inside and the outside of the vagina. This causes the tissue inside to contract and shrink and also triggers collagen production. This technology and technique eliminates the need to cut away tissue. The hand-held probe has been designed with an internal temperature sensor inside that ensures temperature control during treatments. Patients usually only require one treatment per area.

Non-surgical labiaplasty recovery

AVIVA FemTite shrinks the tissue instead of excising it, which means that patients recover from this treatment more quickly than they do with traditional surgical labiaplasty. Downtime and recovery will vary from patient to patient, depending on their precise treatment area, but generally, downtime is one to two days.

Intercourse and any submersion hot water should be avoided for a week. Most patients experience some mild tenderness after their procedure, and the vaginal area will most likely be red, bruised, or swollen. All of these are temporary and should fade within one to three days. Results can be seen immediately after treatment, with optimal results appearing within three to six months.

Am I a candidate for AVIVA non-surgical labiaplasty?
